Choose or find a new providerMichigan Residents Once you enroll, you’ll need to select a BCN primary care provider. You can have one primary care provider for everyone in your family. Or each family member can have their own. When you need to see a specialist or another physician, you won’t need a referral. Non-Michigan Residents Once you enroll, you don’t need an assigned primary care provider or a referral to see other health care providers. To receive your lower-cost, in-network benefits, you’ll need to choose from the nationwide network of Blue Plan providers. Find ways to choose or change a PCP without logging in.
