Maven is an app- and web-based solution designed to offer virtual support throughout the various stages of a person’s life. From family building and pregnancy to parenting and menopause, Maven connects you with qualified professionals, virtual classes, personalized content and more.

    Getting answers is easy. You’ll gain access to a library of useful content for every stage of life, including perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause. From clinical articles and live classes to community forums and more.

    Virtual support

    Connect virtually with clinical coaches, such as OBGYNs and mental health providers. These coaches specialize in a variety of women’s health subjects, including menopause and related symptoms. Most are available in more than 35 languages.

Menopause program details

Maven’s Menopause support program provides holistic and specialized support to those experiencing the symptoms of both menopause and perimenopause. It provides recommendations to specialists, access to educational resources and an online community of others walking similar paths.

Support includes:

  • Virtual coaching from specialists wherever and whenever you need it
