What is a Clinical Navigator?When you need medical advice, your Member Advocate may refer you to a Clinical Navigator. Clinical Navigators are like the nurse in the family we all need – they provide expert guidance on your nonurgent clinical needs. They’ll help you understand your medical needs and recommend options for care that work with your plan. ![]() |
How do I get in touch with a Member Advocate?There are two ways to reach a Member Advocate. You have the choice of an easy-to-use app or one phone number. To get in touch with a Member Advocate: Download the BCBSM Coordinated CareSM app to connect with a Member Advocate through secure messaging. What you’ll need to access the app:
