Preparing for the transitionYou can still use Blue Cross Online Visits through Dec. 31, 2023. Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, you’ll need to download the Teladoc Health app and create your account. You can also call 1-800-835-2362 24 hours a day seven days a week to create your account or get help with questions and scheduling. TTY users, call 1-855-636-1578 When creating an account, you'll be asked to enter your insurance information so you don't pay more than you should. Once you’ve created an account, depending on what your plan offers, you can access virtual urgent care or mental health through the Teladoc Health app, website or phone 24 hours/7 days a week.
